Usually using silicone hardness in 40 to 70 shore, up to customized requirement. Technology such as liquid silicone rubber molds (LSR) are also a part of the unique molding skill set possessed.
1. Product Properties
1). Low shrinkage rate, not releasing low molecular during cross-linking process, so the volume is constant ,shrinkage rate is less than 0.1%
2). No limited by the product thickness, can do depth curing
3). Has excellent resistance to high temperature, the temperature can reach 350°c.
4). Good fluidity, easy perfusion; can be cured at room temperature , also can be heat cured, easy to operate
2. Product Feature
This product is two-component addition organic silicone materials can be cured at room temperature, and also can be heat cured
3. Application:
For making high-grade casting molding products, baby nipple, cake molds, cake model, chocolate molds, candy molds ,breathing mask respirator and etc.
4. Operation and matters needing attention
1.) Evenly Mixing A, B two kinds with weight rate 1:1, pouring casting or injection in silicone machine after vacuum degassing. At room temperature (25 degrees), 24 hours of operation time, 4-5 hours curing completely; Heat up to 60-120 degrees, can be completely cured at dozens of minutes.
2). During operation, take apart from used condensation silicone container, use unused room temperature silicone tools to finish this operation.
3). Viscosity, the operating time, the hardness after curing can be adjusted with customer demand.
